Important: MatchPredictor is a free, entertainment-only platform. There are no monetary prizes, no entry fees, and no gambling of any kind. NFT prizes are digital collectibles with no monetary value.
1. About the platform
MatchPredictor is a non-commercial sports prediction game built on the LUKSO blockchain, operated by ChainIntegrate as a personal project. The platform allows users to predict match outcomes and receive NFT collectibles as a memento for correct predictions.
2. No gambling — no monetary value
MatchPredictor is not a gambling platform. Specifically:
No money, cryptocurrency, or tokens of monetary value are wagered or paid to participate
No monetary prizes are awarded
NFT prizes are digital collectibles issued as a record of correct predictions. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money through this platform
The platform does not generate revenue and has no commercial purpose
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchPredictor. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. User accounts
You register using your email address. One account per person is allowed.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Blockchain and NFTs
Predictions are recorded on the LUKSO blockchain and are permanently public.
NFT prizes are minted on the LUKSO blockchain. Once minted, they cannot be revoked by us.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design.
We are not responsible for any loss resulting from errors in blockchain addresses provided by the user (e.g. for NFT transfer requests).
6. Groups and leaderboards
Users may create up to 3 groups and join up to 5 groups total.
Groups are private and invitation-only via a shareable link.
The platform operator reserves the right to remove groups that violate these terms.
7. Availability and changes
MatchPredictor is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or continuity. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the platform at any time without prior notice.
Match schedules and results depend on third-party data (football-data.org). We are not responsible for errors or delays in result reporting.
8. Limitation of liability
ChainIntegrate and MatchPredictor are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: loss of access to an account, incorrect prediction results, or NFT transfer errors.
9. Intellectual property
The MatchPredictor platform, including its code and design, is created by ChainIntegrate. Match data is provided by football-data.org under their terms of use.
