This Privacy Policy explains how MatchPredictor ("we", "us", "our"), operated by ChainIntegrate, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the platform at playmatchpredictor.chainintegrate.it.
1. Who we are
MatchPredictor is a non-commercial, entertainment-only prediction game built on the LUKSO blockchain. It is operated by ChainIntegrate as a personal project with no commercial purpose and no monetary prizes.
2. What data we collect
Email address — used solely to send you a magic login link. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
Blockchain address — a unique wallet address generated for your account (or your Universal Profile address if you choose to link one). This is stored to associate your predictions with your identity on-chain.
Predictions — your match predictions are recorded on the LUKSO blockchain and are publicly visible by design (this is a core feature of the platform).
Session tokens — JWT access and refresh tokens stored locally on your device to keep you logged in.
3. What we do NOT collect
No passwords
No payment information
No tracking cookies or analytics
No IP address logging
No data sold or shared with advertisers
4. How we use your data
To send you a one-time login link via email
To associate your predictions with your account
To display your ranking on the platform leaderboard
5. Data storage and security
Your email and associated blockchain address are stored in a secure database on our server (Aruba VPS, Italy). The private key of your generated wallet address is stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We never store private keys in plain text.
Magic login links expire after 15 minutes and can only be used once.
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at info@chainintegrate.it.
Note: predictions recorded on the blockchain cannot be deleted, as blockchain records are permanent by design.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account data (except on-chain records)
